Our country, where would it be without its history
The nation that stands strong
where brothers and sisters fight hand in hand
to save and ensure the rights for all

Each war that has happened on the lands soil
has given character and pride to the nation
Especially, when the south went against the north
and the confederacy flag was flown

It was not flown for slaves
it was not flown for hatred
it was not flown to hurt any one
The flag was flown because the south was proud of who they were

A symbol now, to our nation's history
as people try to destroy or hide it

You can take a flag down
you can stop the use of the symbols
you can stomp on our pride
but you can not stop what’s in our hearts

This nation under god
this nation my brothers and sister fight for
this nation of freedom
and once again it is threatened

Not by the enemy
not by a trader
not by terrorist
but by the one who represent us
