Hello everyone!! Just wanted to say "thank you" to those of you that have commented and read my 2 newest poems. I greatly appreciate the warm welcomes and the nice comments. I hope to gain friendship as well as enjoying posting my poems too.

I'm a native Texan. I was born and raised in Dallas, and I now live in a suburb of Ft. Worth. Writing pomes is a favorite past-time of mine as I love to express my feelings when writing. And it wasn't too long ago that a friend of mine asked me to write poems. He told me that I have a unique talent for writing. I guess it a god given talent that one never really knows that they have.

But I took a creative writing class in college and I guess thanks to my taking the class has inspired me to write poems. But in closing, I hope that each one of you find my works a joy to read. And please feel free to rate and send comments too. Have a great Labor Day Weekend everyone!!! Cool
