What to Submit?

(1) O L D Nursery Rhyme original, accepting only RHYME FORM, that CONVEYS A DARK STORY; the date to be, Jan 04, 2024, and thereafter, the title should be the nursery rhyme and the theme is of your choosing.

DARK Nursery Rhyme; will take on a HAIBUN-like Format; (MEANING) as you expound on your chosen nursery rhyme, exposing the underlying dark side of it, that will represent the upper part of the Haibun  A - N - D  the actual nursery rhyme will follow as would a Haiku in a Haibun. (1) NEW original, accepting only RHYME FORM, that CONVEYS A STORY; the date to be, Jan 04, 2024, and thereafter, the title (need not be rhymed) and the theme is of your choosing.

Eye Rhyme; The rhyming scheme of EVERY individual word (Italics) or phrase (Italics) must be encountered with a subsequent rhyming scheme of individual word (Bold) or phrase (Bold). An individual word (Italics);  A, countered by an individual word (Bold); A, and a phrase (Italics); AAA..., countered by a phrase (Bold); AAA....  The following poem is WHAT'S intended, and NOT in its varied poetic formats LEST YOU CHOOSE IT TO BE SO. Incorporating Italics and Bold may be beneficial.
