It is all a plot on the part of the banks and wall street to take all the money thay can and don't care about the rest of us. They make the rules, then break them. Conspiracy!

If there is one thing I can not abide it is someone who can look you straight in the eye and lie his heart out. I'm doing the best I can do to get some new blood into the white house and hopefully get Obama Care repealed. True Mitt isn't the best choice in the deck, but he is way up over what we have. The President actually has very little power in actually doing things but I am hoping we can hold both house and senate as well. Last year my insurance went up about 70 percent and my doctor tells me if Obama is re-elected, she will retire. We have got to pay down the debt. I hope Mitt will try, Bill Clinton did a fair job of it. The embassy incident could mean war. But some things we can not hold our head up before the rest of the world if we do not answer in kind. Marlon Brando in Apocolypse Now, touched on the horror of completely stopping aggression in its tracks. To break the chain from father to son and father to son.

Harry and Charlotte here have hit on it. There is something very sinister going on under our noses. We are told not to believe conspiracy theories but there is more than a little truth in them these days. I was reviewing them again just earlier today! I have a really good article if anyone wants me to email it to them. At this point, it's all so overwhelming, I don't know what the common person can do. And yes, CAtie, I have been aware of things happening in Europe and also South america because i learn a lot from my students.

Catie, i have found that in the USA there is so much news wise going on, that the citizen there do not get the information, about over areas of the planet, unless of course, the US is involved. the world is at the moment in recession, for many reason, mainly so the rich can get richer, after of course, they have sent our sons out to protect their interests. When living in Australia a couple of years ago, the country, gave every man woman and child 900 dollars each, then told them to go out and spent the money, this to keep the wheels of the economy rolling, I agree with Charlotte, there is a world order, some say religious, some say political, i say both.

there's a simple way to avoid war - stop mistaking the propaganda and misinformation of governments and mainstream media for truth; once people begin to do that, they will see that war is neither necessary nor justified and they will stop sacrificing themselves for the war criminals who run our countries...the 'recession' was deliberately engineered to create more instability worldwide; "something bigger than the US" (and more sinister) is indeed taking place, but the hidden hand will do whatever it takes to ensure that the public remains in the dark...

The Federal Reserve and world banks have more influence on the economy than the president or congress could ever hope too...Congress has little power over it and the president has even less...Where the economy is concerned the president is little more than a for anyone to blame the present OR previous administrations on the economic mess we're in is being either short-sighted or politically biased... Still, the president is usually blamed for a bad economy but will gladly take credit when it is good even though he knows better

Our government tells us very little and the news is mostly sensationalism of their most popular issues. All the world is now linked with more commerce. If one has trouble... we're all hurt. In the USA The Cable BBc channel tells us more than ours does. For instance: In Missouri the student financial aid(given to the poorest students) have all had their funds held up for 5 weeks. Not one word on the local news. I told all the local news channels... Still not one word. The kids are still being lied to... 1 day late, 2 days, 1 week, 2weeks, 4 weeks, possibly 5. Five has come and gone... The schools don't want to be embarrassed and the state doesn't have the money. The kids should know.

Heya Catie. Obviously there has been a global recession for quite some time now(15-20 years). Some countries simply tried to mask it to their civillians. If the European countries you mentioned, don't appear to be involved in war at the present moment, they are covertly backing other war-mongers. France has been involved in so many global skirmishes, it is difficult to count now. France was built on war, and continues to be one of the top 3 arms-dealers on a global level; France is one of the top 3 biggest arms-dealers in the entire history of mankind. France fully backed the air-strike invasion of Libya(France was actually more interested in it than America was). Greece and Turkey have been warring for centuries. Spain? Spain has played dirty from day one. Europe is the seed for America....check out true far off places; Europe isn't 'far off'. The blame shouldn't go onto the Obama administration. Blame is too far-gone on a global level as well. There was a time when it was easier for people to point fingers, blaming a political party, an overseas 'enemy', etc. It's too many things mixed together: general apathy, religious indoctrination/ultrafanaticism, the world bank, too many loans, people's drive to find happiness in material objects, instead of the natural splendor we are an integral part of, etc, etc, etc.

Blame the bankers but we are all having to pay for their mistake. You seem very isolated in America from the rest of the world problems in some ways, I am always surprised at this
