Green met blue,
and blond met brown.
Leather met cotton,
and city met town.
When you met me,
brandy met wine.
When eye met eye,
your lips met mine.

If you want to choose the right form for your poem? This is Rhyme. It has a wonderful cadence, and it is really lovely. Welcome to PoetrySoup :)
