Condom On the Asphalt

Condom on the asphalt!
   Never seen or heard,
    Numb to the world,
     Genes resvior,
Always containing an outburst!
    A terminated vector,
      Malthusian prophylactic,
Condom discarded
    on THE ASPHALT!
