Heidi Sands Date: 11/9/2016 5:58:00 PM A poem that brings thought! I can understand this to degree. There is some healing, but our experiences are part of what we have lived and live on with us. Some people hate when others say casually just to 'let go'. The most we can do is try to enjoy today even with the experiences we have had. (and live authentically with all we believe)
