Please believe me
I'm not always right
but I speak the truth
even if it seems a lie
It never is to deceive
It is an act of love
Others will tell a lie
claiming it is love
in a bid to deceive
and conceal the truth
Listen and listen right
That will not be me
Angels speak the truth
Demons will always lie
When you wonder what is right
the answer is in love
The love that lives in me
It will never deceive
You will find love
in search of truth
and recognize a lie
and not be deceived
You will love me
knowing what is right
You were deceived
cos it was not me
to whom you gave your love
Now time has proved right
that it was a lie
you believed as truth
If now you can do right
and discard the lie
you bought as truth
forgetting the deceit
would you find love
Would you recognize me
All who lie to deceive
never find true love
