Words To Live By
I am on the hunt for who I've not yet become
A soul and heart i fight for a solid reason
and as to why i even begun in the first place,
i don't know
They tell me that its not worth the trouble
but tracing back my steps i realize that i have been in a race
a race of survival, a race of reason
a race with trust, a race with life, but most
importantly a race with myself
So taking my dreams and ambitions
i constantly challenge myself
making sure i don't have an idle mind
because you see even the bible tells us
that an idle mind is the devils work ship
so praying i make it to the next day with no regrets
i lay down my facts and get it straight in my head
that nothing worth having comes easy
and i will not be afraid to fail but only not to try.
