Fresh Air

I can feel the weight of you on my chest
It's getting hard to breath
My lungs cry out to make it stop
But i just don’t want you to leave

You made me feel something for once
I don't remember if it was good or bad
But it was something
So I was finally glad

I was so sick of feeling numb
But now I'm second guessing everything
You’re not the person i really need
The words you say feel like a sting

I was so in love with the idea of love
That i forgot what it actually was
Love is not suppose to be painful
And your love felt like claws

So please get off my chest
I need to breath
I want to experience some fresh air
So go on and leave
