A Little Something For My Mary - Repost
Just a quick note to say why I haven't been on the soup. I had a little accident in the house and my migraines kicked in. Now, the poem.
Rise up so early in the morning,
the first rays of the sun kiss your temple,
walk to the window and stand there,
drinking in the glory of Spring.
Look out the window, at the morning sky,
love illuminates all before your eyes,
the sky a-fire with Love's desire,
you are the glory of the morning.
See the fire of Love's own morning,
its fingers gently touch your skin,
god's desire come to the Earth,
a glory ever shining bright.
And in reflection, love takes mortal shape,
a woman's beauty standing there,
angel's grace, held within your own sweet grace,
beauty shines in brilliant azure.
And see within your eyes of beauty,
the glory of a tender soul,
a light that burns with divine fire,
shall kiss my temple evermore.
Love unfurled, given to an unLoved world,
that has waited but for you to wake,
open up your heart completely,
to swallow all my love whole.
Your touch, the touch of heaven's light,
that soothes the temple to the core,
may your heart touch all with love,
adoration to heaven's grace.
Your heart a-fire with love's desire,
your passion, a song, ever singing,
peace and grace from a heavenly face,
forever shining upon my form.
Soul of light, shine heaven bright,
your temple caressed by golden light,
Look out on another day,
your wonder shining like the sun.
You have God's sun to light your way,
and ever your heart of love,
I give to you the joy in my heart,
the passion and desire.
Your heart beats out love's symphony,
a symphony that moves the dawn,
a tune no other heart can play,
Love is your own destiny.
You feel the warmest Spring breeze,
it sings sweet music that you hear,
the breeze whispers your own dear name,
it sings your name in whispered breaths.
So all know the name of Heaven's divinity,
your name whispered through countless mornings,
let me look into your pools of love,
losing myself in the eternity of peace.
Those adorable brown orbs of desire,
they make my heart sing joy's song,
you give me joy, that only angels can give to their own,
the passion and desire of eternal love.
And now all these things you have,
you bare more than any words can say,
I now give you the dearest rain,
to wash this wondrous day clear.
The very tears of the Angels fall,
for they look upon your earthly beauty,
walk through all days in the glory of Love,
for you are one of heaven's own.
