To Mom and Dad

To Mom And Dad
Today you sit with tears in your eyes
But you need to know that from the time I was born
I was instilled in your heart
You will carry memories of me from 
My first skinned knee to my first broken heart
You never judged only encouraged
You held my hand
You were my biggest support
You can rest knowing that I am finally at peace
I know you have questions of why
But I am not tired anymore
I know where I am going
So until we meet again
Keep my memories in your heart
Carry these words with you now
I love you and I will see you again
