Patience

Unsure of what to do
What move to make next
Should I call or maybe text?
My patience is drifting
As I ponder what to say
Maybe he won't show, maybe not today
It's been some years
Since we've last been in touch
The crazy thing is, I've missed him so much
An hour has passed
I'm confident he'll show
This is just what I tell myself, I don't really know
We made these plans
About two months prior
I'm starting to think twice, he's such a liar
I should just go
There's no point to stay
He won't show anyway
As I stand to leave
I hear my name
OMG, he still looks the same
