Sometimes
Sometimes I lay at lone at night
And cry myself to sleep
Sometimes I try with all my might
To find a love to keep
Sometimes I ask the question why
The heart will never mend
Sometimes I wonder should I try
To fight and then defend
Sometimes I stand alone and dwell
Why love cannot find me
Sometimes I wish I could set sail
For lands that none can see
Sometimes I raise my sword to fight
For hopes that I hold true
Sometimes I wonder if it’s right
With all the things I do
Sometimes I need to stop and try
To hold her in my arms
Sometimes I can’t say goodbye
I have fallen for her charms
