Love Dwells In Your Heart and So, Listen

When the heart speaks, that’s when life truly begins, From within the darkness and the void, waiting for God's light to comes in, With a fire no eyes can see, greatly driven just to set me free, Followed by a hunger so very deep, illuminating even, the sole of my feet. When the heart speaks, I've learned to listen, before I open my eyes, Because somewhere amidst the sighing, the truth comes to spiritualize, In a voice, not many have heard before, yet I am here, thirsting for more, Like a mighty wave crashing upon the shore, thundering, in a lion’s roar. When the heart speaks, listen-to-hear, for that still, small, voice, I already got the seed, and all I needed is to drown out all the other noise, Isn’t now the best time to grow, by receiving the gift, letting the water flow? Listen, to your heart and know, we can only ever reap what we get to sow. Blessed be the name of the Lord, wherever you hear, your heart speaks, Blessed be the way, as th elight goes, God has also blessed the meek Blessed are you who has faith, for you've been given a great gift from above, Blessed are you, who knows that dwells in you; listen… “God is love.” By Wilbert Dela Cruz
