She Was Thinking the Death of An Angel

This is written by a 12 year old student. I am the vehicle. This is amazing

Tears consumed his emerald eyes
This time there was not flicker of hope in his iris as he wept over the limp body
Droplets of water rolled down his pale cheeks into her golden hair
It seemed to disappear into her winding locks
as if her once radiance had dried up the rain

Why had the world tortured him by presenting his angel more beautiful than the sun
Why did he still feel her gentle embrace
although she was laying right in front of him
His feet stung on the frosty hard wood floor
yet her fragile hand was as warm as a fire

The fire that once burned in his heart as he saw her ivory skin in the moonlight
Those memories of sneaking out under the stars dug the knife in his back even further
Her eyes were closed never to see the baby blue again
Her lips were still the rosy red even if they had no life in them
The sorrow in his eyes was more immense with each passing minute
Then a sigh cracked on his lips
His forest green sleeves wiped up the pool of tears
As his shaking hands carefully gripped the knife from her chest
The blood from the blade dripped on her flowing white dress
At last the pain had stopped
As he pondered on where to hide his greatest secret
