Love Come Down

I was in my room late one night,

Bitterness and rage was insight.

I was alone and broken,

Cold and tired.

Quite honestly, I had forgotten why I'm me.

Heart and care already down the street.

Light and love, come down on me!

See me, meet me... Help me.

Love, come down.

Break me, shape me

Oh please, God, remake me!

Now you see why I'm struggling

I'm missing the piece

John 3:16

Love, come down on me.
