Igwt- In God We Trust

God , i ask you to take me off the shelves
I dont wanna be for resale
But up front for your details
Im not just about the sweet tales
I talk about the three nails
And im frustrated cause it just seems like cheap fails
I wanna see people grow
And sometimes it just seems so slow
I feel like Gods tryin to call some dudes
But theyve been acting like the croods
Slaving for fans
And their sin is what gratifies their inner mans
But Is it all about their own plans
I know you got them in your hands
But i cant just let it be
Are they dying to their old ways
Or are they still in their present days
Im not about the fancy word plays
Im giving you my honest expression
Im stressn
I dont write music cause its cool
I do it to reach kids who are a cultural tool
What do we leave behind for these kids
Is it just to showem how to be a fool
Or how to focus and not worry about being cool
I know the standard is pretty demanding
But the outcome...
Its pretty outstanding
