It's Hard

It's hard to feel 
the sunshine 
When your 
standing in the 
rain
It's hard to 
taste the 
sweetest wine
When it's 
chased with 
bitter pain
It's hard to 
leave the past 
behind
The future 
seems so far 
away
How can I face 
tomorrow
When I'm still at 
yesterday.
It's hard
 to give
 A smile
When your
Heart is
Full of woe
It's hard to 
Face denial
When you
Can't let go
The truth
Will set
You free
But you
Rather hear
A lie
Though you
Know you
Shouldn't stay
It'd so hard
To say
Goodbye
