Pregnant Nights

When the storms of life stirs your soul,
and it seems you are losing your goal.
When timely tears tip you to give up;
in the mist of the storm, dare to look up.

The pregnant night will soon bow out,
do not let her dread make you doubt...
Shadows may shake your sweetest dreams,
the morning is pregnant with a bright beam.

The burden may be too hard to bear;
and the forces of failure make you fear.
Every sour season has an expiry date;
look beyond the blue, there lies your fate.

Strength is born when challenges meet;
make a choice to stand on your feet.
Every stormy blast will come to an end,
ask for grace to sail safely to the end.
