Itai

Don't think I can't hear you sigh
As a tear trickles from my eye.
Your silence does not even help
With a prick to my skin, I yelp.
"Quiet," To me I hear you say,
"Won't help you either way."
How can you say that to me?
Why won't you set me free?

"Shut it!" You holler in my ear,
Your intentions are very clear.

It's about 5 am now.
Again you give a vow.
Another one you promise me,
To which I can't not agree.
To your chest you hold me close
And promise not to hurt your "rose".
