Lost To the Darkness

The beauty of nothing
Is what I see.
If people opened their eyes
They would not see me.
There maybe less space
When I am around,
But I am not seen.
I cannot be found.
I am not worth
My weight in gold.
I am not worthy
For someone to hold.
I do not wish
For another day.
I do not dream.
I no longer pray.
I do not understand
Why I'm still here.
I do not understand
Pain and tears.
Explain to me why
The good are to die.
The bad left behind
To continue their lies.
Where is this light
I hear about?
I'm lost to the darkness
With no way out.
I think of death
And what it might be.
To end this nothingness
Which is me.
The answers continue
To be hidden from me.
For today, tomorrow.
Perhaps, eternity.
You cannot give love
Then laugh at me.
For I am lost to the darkness
And noone sees.
