Christmas Snow

I am dreaming of a white Christmas this year,
I like seeing the kids smile ear to ear.
You can really see their faces glow,
The kids really like the snow.
Riding down the hill on a sled,
Playing until their faces turned red.

I remember them days,
Wishing I can go back some way.
I miss playing in the snow,
My face all glow.
Riding down on the hill on a sled,
Playing until my face turns red.
My mom would call me inside,
How was your ride? She would ask.
She would pull of my face mask
Hand me a cup of Hot chocolate and a snack.
Now I am older,
The weather feels colder.
I don't like it much anymore,
Not like I use to before.

I do enjoy seeing the kids play in the snow,
Their faces all glow.
Seeing them smile,
Their smile goes on for miles.
Oh Christmas snow,
You make everyone a glow.
The snow is the most beautiful at this time of year.
No tears,
Just smiling and having a blast,
Hoping The Christmas snow will last.
The clouds hiding the sun
For more winter fun.
