Phaistos disk

Wheel with ancient signs read from outside to center
That is what they saw when labyrinth they would enter
In this castle in labyrinths’ center among ancient figures and armor
Among onyx pearls and amber

Stood a disk made of clay like a bowl
Minoans who made it in mind had some kind of goal
No one knows precisely its role
But it is my guess it had something to do with the soul

The disk in my opinion is like pupil of an eye
No more hindered then existence or lack of growth hinders azure sky
It is choice of one’s own destiny that like an eagle will fly
The spirit beyond last deepest place untouchable and perfect there will lie
Like Phaistos God of fire
And it is the soul that burns with desire
The endless skies dream of destiny disk will inspire
The choice with no reference point just freedom is gift all admire
