Where the Lion Sleeps

You lie your head on a pillow of lies
Where your thoughts become wicked
Your dreams become others nightmares
Not a soul believes you
Nor a glimpse of light can be seen within you
Moving on through life with your bucket of lies
How far will this get you all alone and no one to hear you
Why must you lie
Theres plenty of time
Awaken from where you lie
It is only daytime
YOU CAN STILL SHINE

beautiful poem, well written. In such a windy and snowy day, reading this piece just completes my relaxation. What a poem!
