Unmistakably Mistaken

If we all make mistakes, why is it so hard to accept mistakes?
If we learn from mistakes, why is it so easy to make the same
mistake twice?
If it’s so hard to admit our own mistakes, why is it so easy to
point out others mistakes?
If we are taught to move forward from mistakes, why do we use
them to teach lessons?
Let me make my own mistakes, I may accept them, I may not!
I might make the same mistake twice, three times, or even four!
I will admit my own mistakes, you admit yours!
I will move forward from my mistakes!
