The most promising thing in life
Isn't the life you are living
Isn't the love of your friends.
It isn't even your friends
Just like any other person
Your friend could die too.
The most promising thing in life
Is God's love for you
Is that Jesus died on the cross for your sins.
God sends us a rainbow after a storm
To ensure us that He won't flood Earth again
To let us know that His Son already payed for our sins.
The most promising thing in life
Will be enough for me live on
Will be enough for my family to live on.
Bits and pieces either came from my heart, the Bible, or my Heavenly Father.
I love Him as He and His Son love me.
I am a devoted Christian and that's all there is to it.
