God Will Do the Fighting

The world is mine to conquer,
No fantasy a reality to believe,
A fighter spirit runs deep to core,
No kickboxing, spiritual war to mount,
No war lords to hire, just the word of God,
No guns will braze, down on my knees,
Faith in God, on my knees will stop the sun,
Till this war is over, God will do the fighting.

No chariots with soldiers on guard,
Horses won’t run faster than prayers,
Arrows not sharp enough to hit,
Spears won’t fight in spirit,
No swords wielding all is in vain,
Bullet proof armor will not offer protection,
Faith in God, on my knees will stop the sun,
Till this war is over, God will do the fighting.

Like David I will slay the giants,
Even the impossible God will make possible,
No dark clouds, He won’t give light,
Without the fish, He will give a catch,
Empty baskets will fill with food,
Deadly storms will stop to calm,
Faith in God, on my knees will stop the sun,
Till this war is over, God will do the fighting.

When the candle blows out God will light,
No wind strong enough to put out,
But in all my world trials my God win,
When the world around stops I keep on,
When the tunnels get dark prayers light,
Bringing victory to my door steps,
Faith in God, on my knees will stop the sun,
Till this war is over, God will do the fighting.
