Writer's Block

I hear a voice calling me To put down my pen and walk away It brings me to an
edge
of
life
I
look
down
and
see
the
swirling
mass
Of
what
I
cannot
describe
I
try
to
grasp
at
the
thoughts
The
wicked
words
that
mock
my
reaching
hand
Spinning
down
farther
Out
of
view,
spinning
into
you
Where
you
take
the
truth
I
once
knew
in
ink
You
erased
it
from
my
eyes
And
now
all
I
have
is
nothing
Nothing
Nothing but a blank page
