Platform Three

It was on a day like this
My world was full of bliss
Love pumped through my veins
To be with you I took two trains

When I arrived on platform three
You ran and threw your arms round me
Then you started to cry
I began to wonder why

You said that we were through
There was nothing I could do
As you fled just leaving me
Alone on platform three

You never did say why
You broke my heart and made me cry
So I guess I’ll always be
Broken hearted on platform three

A sad tale Owen, I hope the right train has greeted you on you platform and the memory of her has vanished in the distance as you make your way towards your bliss.
