Laser Light

It's like a laser light burning
Upside down it's turning
Blowing the world apart
Altering every beat of a heart
Sliding in no need to shove
Oh that essential thing called love

To Enfold

Tender Caresses of Angels Wings
Soft Kisses of god in many things
Crowning Glory for all to behold
It Is Better in his arms to enfold
Unless while Welcoming The Sun’s Rays
Each one of us gets down on our knees and prays

Saying Sorry

Saying sorry can really hurt
If someone refuses it and is curt
When you are given chance after chance
And get told they no more want to dance
It's over your heartbreaks complete
Now you grovel at their feet
Too late it seems you see it clear
Too late now they disappear
So gather yourself it will be ok
Not matter what your head does say

Pity Kids

I remember when I was a child
We are naughty but never wild
If an adult told us off
We wouldn't back talk or scoff
We took ourselves out of the way
Pity kids ain't like that today
For every word you give out you get three
One of which will be a profanity
Why do these kids have no respect?
Bad parenting, no discipline I expect

Wrapped Up

I don't want to go out in the snow
Or in the wind that cold will blow
In winter I want to stay in the house
Wrapped up warm like a cosy mouse
Until the spring peeps through
Well that's me how about you
