Which Path To Follow

Which Path To Follow
I hear some sounds behind me I turn quickly yet no one is there Could it be the rustling of the leaves... Or God's Whisper in the air? I know not what route to follow At this crucial part of life Do I light a match to my world... And stop being someone's wife? On the outside I appear just fine Inside, no joy seems within reach Yet is not until death do we part... What our churches have us teach? Is personal happiness then Against what I've been taught? If so, then my dreams and desires Have just all been for naught
