Sadness

Blue
Is the colour
I paint
My eyes
When grey are the skies
Wind whispering lies
And it’s so cold outside
I just want to
Run and
Hide
Wait for all the
Bittersweet
Tears to
Subside
Never before so much
Have I
Cried

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

This is so sad, and you seem to be so alone here. Blue is a beautiful color for eyes and yet blue eyes are also sad. It really does no good to run and hide. I have also cried bittersweet tears, and i have survived. I hope you do also, Jaaancarl
