Here It Is

Here it goes again
the part where I start to miss you before you even leave
the part where there is a chance you will forget all about me
the part that hurts before it actually should
the part that feels terrible now and the moment i see you leave

Here it goes again
the part where I remember all the times we’ve had together
and this is the part where I hope you remember enough to come back to me
the part where I spend most nights on my knees asking God why this happened
the part that makes it hard to breathe knowing it might take forever for me to see you again

Here it goes again
the part where I cry so hard I can hardly see
the part where voluntarily I sleep all the time because there we are together
and this is the part I hate the most
the part where I have to say goodbye

When all I want to do is go back to the first time we ever said “Hello”
because somehow I know we will never go back to being
the same you and I

It's a nice poem, however, using d word "again" in d first line gives an indication that it's a routine event whereas in d following lines it clearly explains the situation as that of permanent parting farewell poem.
