Your back

You came back
I dreamed of this moment
It would be my chance to tell you to go
Yet I let you back in
I opened the door to my heart again
Even though you destroyed it last time we spoke
I realized that I will always love you
Even after everything that happened
I wish I could hate you
For all the pain you caused me
And for the days I couldn’t eat because you were no longer with me
But you have my heart in your grasp
Could you please let it go
That way I don’t have to feel this pain anymore
