We Both Know

My friend said I should just go with the flow
I swore to myself it was the last time I’d go
I was getting so tired of it all
Seemed like just a big, show

I did my time and was walking out
Then she walked by and left no doubt
Her smile washed over me like a cleansing rain
I smiled and wondered her name

We got lost on that big dance floor
Don't think we stopped till they closed the doors
Didn't say a word for an hour or so
Dancin’ in each other’s arms real slow
Oh oh, it’s all one dice roll
Oh oh, it’s nice to lose control…

We got lost on that big dance floor
Don't think we stopped till they closed the doors
Didn't say a word for an hour or so
Dancin’ in each other’s arms real slow
Dancin’ in each other’s arms we both know..

There was a time when feeling happy made me sad
Now I can’t remember ever feeling so bad
My heart skips a beat whenever she’s near
I smile cause it’s so clear

We got lost on that big dance floor
Don't think we stopped till they closed the doors
Didn't say a word for an hour or so
Dancin’ in each other’s arms real slow
Dancin’ in each other’s arms we both know

Ooh
We both know
Yeah we both know
