Alone Again

Here I am alone again
In the fields of people so new to me
Who they are I don’t know
For their faces are strangers to me

Here I am alone again
Walking in streets where people go by
Where to go I do not know
For I’m walking with nowhere to go

Here I am alone again
In a place where happy people go
Am I happy? I don’t know
For all I see are smiles without faces

Here I am alone again
Watching a place where enjoyment is
Why I’m not there I do know
For I may bring loneliness to them

Here I am alone again
No open doors for you to go in
No reasons that I may give
Loneliness is I for I’m alone
