Te Quiero

Love is impossible when you hold back.
Love is just a synonym for freedom.
If Love is such sweetness, why does it,
To me, taste as bitter as revenge
You can’t break it. I’ve tried.

Push it away, the harder it tugs on your heart.

The burning of unrequited love, or lust.

To touch her cheek in the morning.
To kiss her lips while she sleeps.
To perform every cliché that love throws up.
Until it becomes clichéd just to live. And love.

I Love Her…
