As a Stroke Survivor my occupational therapist recommended journaling to help my brain and hand. So why did I choose poetry? Expression is available in many forms from truth to fiction, love to hate, sadness to gladness, spiritual to erotic romance, release of emotion. But mainly it allows me to be creative and gives me a sense of purpose.

Feeling like a simple man but yet complex.  I’m just learning to express thoughts spiritual, motivational, sensual and others. Enjoy my journey.
