As Passionate As the Deep Red of the Damask Rose

Words have power
    and strength
    They have a gentleness
As soft as a downy feather on a breeze
As passionate as the deep red of the Damask Rose
    They also have the power
    To cut
    To wound
    And kill dead
    That was once so precious
How harsh and oh so gentle
    Is the tongue

I Am Enchanted

Your eyes caress me
And then your hands
Tender fingers touch me gently
Giving pleasures
Tracing your outline with my tongue
Feeling you firm under my lips
I taste you
Your dark brown velvet gaze
Captivates me
Enticing me under you spell
Beckoning me to taste the sweetness of your love
Hearing your pleasures
I feel your lips on mine
My soft velvet lips
Full for your passion
Your tongue explores my secrets
Revealing only to you
The hidden depths of my pleasures
I am enchanted

Can You Hear She's Sorry

Can you hear
The whispering grass
Call to the trees
The trees woefully reply
Rustling their leaves
They tell a tale
Of loves lost
Of saddened
And heavy hearts
Of a girl who cries
She sobs at night
Till she can cry no more
How sad she is
And wishes how
And if only
And sighs
She's sorry

Sweet As Sweet As Lovers Do

Sweet are the feelings you give me
As sweet as the longings I want you
Sweet the arms that enfold around me
As sweet as the kisses that you bestow upon me
Sweet the passion with that you fill me
As sweet as the love you make me
Sweet as sweet as lovers do

The Double Edged Sword

it must be great they say
I wish I could do this
But if only they knew
With one comes the other
it must be great they say
When you can see
But if only they knew
The sights that have been seen
Would they want them
it must be great they say
When you can hear
But the things that have been heard
And cannot be told
It must be great they say
When you can feel
Feel the pain and all the hurt
Of those that have passed in sorrow
It must be great they say
If only they knew
The double edged sword
With blades so sharp

All Because You Didn'T Listen

Tentacles of feelings dig in my heart
I feel them still now we're apart
I hoped this would help cease all the pain
But I feel them still all over again
Trying to let go and cut these ties
Its always so sad when a love dies
Too many mistakes
Cause heartbreak
But all has been said and done
I guess I just wasn't the one
You didn't feel as deep as me
Should have opened my eyes I didn't see
I should have seen the subtle signs
The ones that showed you weren't mine
You changed the way you spoke to me
Why oh why didn't I see
The longer absences, the quick good byes
You hardly spoke, you'd just sigh
You made me feel I was a bore
And now my heart feels so very sore
I was always excited to hear from you
But I didn't feel you did too
I really wished you hadn't led me to believe
All those things I perceived
To be the truth instead of playing games
Games that messed my head are not the same
I gave all my heart and soul to you
And now I feel so sad and blue
I wished it hadn't had to be this way
But I felt I could no longer stay
You couldn't give me what I need
I'd cry so much my eyes would bleed
All I wanted was a little of your time
Not a lot, and tell me you were mine
All i asked for was a little reassurance
But instead was led a merry dance
Just why couldn't you just have explained
It fell on deaf ears all in vain
So now we both hurt bad
Both of us feeling sad
All for lack of communication
And me feeling fabrication
Part of my soul feels as if its missing
All because you didn't listen

Diary of a Love Affair

Those tender sweet beginings
I called you sweet
You said you no I'm not
And god I thought you were so hot
I couldn't wait for that next mail
With building excitement and trepidation
through this sweet trance I'd sail
We had the silly stupid fights
We'd say the stupidest of things
And then we'd make up all the night
What a sweet rollercoaster
Up and down and all over
Full of passion and crazed raw emotions
Of wanting and needing
God what a commotion
And then one day
You had to say
Words I wasn't familiar with
Not for me I thought
Suspiction rained I ought
To have seen it comming
You said I'd changed
If I had it was not my doing
You seemed so cold I felt it so
You'd cooled so much I know
And then came the days that became so long
Long lonely nights pouring tears into my favourite song
It no longer is I cant bear to hear
It cuts me up and makes me shed a tear
Of passions hot that burning kind
Of passions where you feel you're loosing your mind
And then I knew there was no more excuses
You always promised you would say
if you felt you couldn't stay
It would have been better had it been that way
But no you had to take it all wrong
So now all I have is that song
No more can I listen it cuts me up inside
All because of your stupid damn pride
To admit we all make mistakes
You got it all wrong you made it a mess
All you had to do was answer a yes
And admit it was a stupid fight
And now I cant bear to have you in sight
Not because I am angry or mad
I am just feeling so low and sad
Of silly miscontrued conversations
You got it all wrong why cant you see
You got all the wrong impression from me
And all because of stupid pride
We're both cut up and hurting inside
Maybe one day you'll see what you've lost
The love of a woman who loved you the most
She loved you enough to let you go
She never could hate you for mucking up so

Intoxicated

Smoldering candles flicker in the half light
Kissing my shoulders I am bathed in delight
I am intoxicated with your love, I am high
Fingertips traveling over my body I let out a sigh
The heat builds as you slip off my dress
I am drunk with your lust of your caress
Of wanting, of craving of satisfying my desire
Of wanton needs, my life you inspire
So sensuous, sensitivity aroused, so damn impossible to resist
Passions and pleasures of such an intimate kiss
Euphoric you take me I have no more control
I scream your name you own my soul
Finally melting lying so intimately close to you
Kissing my ears whispering I love you

Don'T Be Fooled By the Smiles In Her Eyes

Don't be fooled by the smiles in her eyes
Don't be fooled by the upturned lips
If you stare deep inside those smiles are tears
If you look under the skin there is pain

Don't be fooled by the by her laugh
Don't be fooled by her joy
If you dig deep enough there is sorrow
If you peer inside there is pain

Don't be fooled by her sweet words
Don't be fooled by her talk
Underneath there are scars
She wonders will they heal again

Don't be fooled by the smiles in her eyes
Don't be fooled by those upturned lips
She's scarred deep inside, she covers it well
And she wishes so much they would heal

Entwined

Your eyes begged pleadingly
How could I resist their longing
And their teasing, their seducing
Your lips tasted of red wine
As they met mine
By now I was intoxicated
In your gaze, I was powerless
Your hot tongue made me sizzle
As it trailed from my undressed shoulder
Finding its way
To taste the sweetness of my desire
I could not resist your seduction
You drank in my passion
my back arched in ecstasy
As you demanded my body
I gave
More and more you stole my soul that night
I pleaded for the mercy of release
When at last
You took me to a place I had never been
And set me free
Hearing the screams of passion in some distant place
Your eyes melted with mine
Entwined
