Lone Rider

I ride alone, but never alone.
I carry the fallen in my heart always.
Many miles have they traveled with me.
Rain, sun, wind, we have experienced it together.
They know my love, my flaws, my triumphs, and sins.
Memories that stand the never ending tests of time.

The Mother

Moonlight, my friend, shine your silver light down to soak up and erase the problems of today.
Wind, would you kindly rustle the voices of my ancestors, let me hear their words of wisdom.
River, roll away the negatives of these days with your everflowing current.
Earth, forgive the ones who do not love and listen to you. For you have a voice.
Stars, bear witness to a reborn mind, body, and soul. Keep our records in the heavens always.

Numbered Days

Can it be that our numbered days are coming to an end?
Can our road of love, lust, loyalty, triumph, and failure be turning to a dead end?
For our days have slowly passed, yet the years have flown fast by us.
The free highways we once ran have turned to slow winding gravel roads that lead us through meadows of green.
May the Sun shine bright, and the breeze blow the sweet feeling of freedom through my hair in our final hour.
I will hold you in my heart till my dieing time, the memories of you will never fade, they will always be.
Our road in this life may be ending, but we'll continue our journey down the roads on the other side.

I Dreamed

I dreamed you dreamed of me
I dreamed you dreamed the miles between us where none
I dreamed you dreamed to be back in our days of trial
I dreamed you dreamed the walls did not exist
I dreamed you dreamed we made the journey together
I dreamed you dreamed of the life that once was
I dreamed you dreamed to be back in the old lands together
But the problem is i dreamed

Keeper

No words spoken, yet your eyes speak none the less.
No gestures, yet your body tells all.
Wind blows your hair and the ghostly moonlight drifts through it.
Heart beats and deep breathes, we take this night in.
No kisses nor hugs.
No lust between us.
Just the night breeze relaying our silent words.
I see the east light coming in your eyes.
Soon stars will fade and moonlight cast aside.
I will return come the next night, and nights after.
My dreamer of dreams, my keeper of peace, beauty, and grace.
