Facing Me

'Facing Me' 
Accepting two sides of my story  
mines and yours,
private parts of life that you openly see.

Giving in just so I can be free out of this reality.

Eternal feeling of having me alone
uncovers a hidden mask within 
I am different means nothing ,but the same .
Hearing myself being quiet,
while knowing its loudly clear.

Life's silence only for me to hear 
pushing to stop the thirst ,I long to suppress 
yet stopping at nothing .accepting the wins ,
learning to ignore the losses.

Excuses to hide from childhood pain 
mended wounds open with full grown dismay.
fighting whom stares in the mirror back at me 
crying to complaining and running from the shadows.

Always waiting for midnight to take tomorrows turn 
voices replay again in my head,
be my friend or stay my enemies instead.

Leaving me alone is where you chose me to be ,
saying Shutup!
I say you know nothing of me.

A heartless hole you created has done all to strengthen me .
Devine embrace of my past suffering.
You cannot take me any further than you intended my world to be.
I am driven by the fact it is all apart of my destiny.
