What's wrong with you
why can't you stop
just feel better
shake it off
but don't look at me
look away
no one wants to hear
what you have to say
we don't want to know
we never see
don't have the capacity
so just say it's ok
we'll go separate ways
there's nothing to do
we can't help you
just keep it inside
don't stumble
forget to hide
don't bring them down
don't make them cry
someone might hear
and need reasons why
no you didn't ask for this
well how sad
but we said we love you
your not happy about that
sure it's lonely here
with all your fears
we'll be here for you
we said we care
but all this pain
it's only yours
it doesn't matter if
you don't want it anymore
we know all you want
is to give it away
but there's no escape
this is how you were made

Don't look at them
try not to hear
close your eyes
there's nothing to fear
they require you hurt
incite your cry
spit wicked phrases
lie after lie
what purpose
no gain
shallow hearts
do the same
cold laughs
hateful words
mocking tones
brazen nerves
feeling weary
no worries
you know what to do
point fingers and accuse
instigate
create guilt
provoke distaste
incriminate
twist the truth
attack beliefs
undermine reason
try and decieve
simple minds
viscious approach
insolent notions
must be a joke
there's no remedy
a point to amend
why bother fitting in
with imaginary friends

breathe it in and
try and save it
maybe hold it and
then it will last, no
cherish the thought that
the rest will soon pass
days long forgotten
never coming back
but still smile when
remembering laughs
and all of the good
treasure this fondly
just like you should
even all the times
you’d like to forget
any words you wish
you never had said
sometimes it just
doesn’t make sense
so many layers
so much depth, but with
so much certainty
for once you were whole
you felt so safe
and right at home
so savor it all
take it and never
forget, let it fill you up
it won’t come again
but you didn’t know
It would happen so fast
all you did was blink
now it’s just the past

No air i had no breath
drowning in the dark
with nothing left
no light
no fight
reached for a hand
got a smile so bright
sun beam on my face
a feeling so safe
sweet joy it's warm
makes my heart race
beauty so pure
i can't take
I'm revived
I'm awake
above water
lost dead weight
I concentrate
on this gift
don't stop or
hold back
spread bliss
share that smile
stare straight
forget whose fake
walk on the lake
save souls
from dark fates
It's not too late
be golden stay brave
your spirit admired
it's heaven you radiate
