Gases of My Lonely Days

You can smell it from miles away
some aren't fooled by the smile on my face.
They are not to blame,
because there are others out there who want to see me
in flames.

Gases of my lonely days.
gases of hate,
gases of shame,
gases of pain,
and
gases of my eyes rain.

Friends nowhere to be found.
Mother can't always be around.
Legs afraid to stand their own ground,
and annoying tears keep rolling down.

Gases of my lonely days.
Same perfume,never a change.

No Sleep

From left to my right
I can not see, there is no light.
From up then down to my pillow
what is it thats bothering me so?

Fantasy to Fantasy.
Great things i always see
Reality seems too mean
so i don't include it in my wildest dreams.

Jumping in and out of bed
meditating and playing with my legs.
What is it that keeps me awake
when everyone is done for the day?

Blankets next to me,then on the floor
sometimes the other way around, because i fall.
My head is so itchy and so is my skin
is there an uninvited guest testing me?

After a while

My legs begin their usual complaining
while my brain joins in with crying.
My skin gets a little bit of a chill
then my sheets come back to me.

My eyes saying their last goodbyes
to the entertainment of the night
The bed and pillow so soft
its like its brand new from the shop.
(Sighs) GOODNIGHT

Nothing To Something

It took my courage,my time,
my strength,my life.
But i am still standing tall,
proving it was worth it all.

I made sacrifices,
I gambled my life like a game of dices.
But i must admit,it really helped me a lot,
because i was too indecisive,
i was too one-sided

Thank God i fell,
but always had a reason to come back.
Despite my brain twitching
to the fragrance of an unpleasant track.

I made sacrifices.
I had to stop running away from my dreams.
Get on a train of faith
and ride on the frightening road to my destiny
Weigh the odds
but most importantly go against all the odds.

It took my courage,my time
my strength,my life
my emotions,my cries
my friends,my lies
my soul,my mind
my heart,my love

It took it all from nothing to something.
