Even More

Hold me brother of my fate
Push me still till ache cries in me
Show me deeds that only make me sudate
I prithee thee let out no pity
For I must needs be trudge in my plight
Secure my place of abode amidst the wild
Rub shoulders with giants like David
Show me no mercy but immense duty
That I will feel in my veins and cry in enjoying it
Measure me by inexplicable quest
I pass through by pyrrhic victory
Make me attempt the unsurmountable feats
that makes me feel weak
I’m almost there just some years to go
Show me where glory reigns
Show me where champions only live
Show me how real it is to survive by pushing hard
My eyes see the medallion
Hold me not back to lose the prize
Now or never many are on track
Running as swift as the cheetah to overtake
Show me Mount Everest that I may climb as an exercise
Or the Wall of China that I may build an inner
Peace only by fighting my way through the walls
If I fail I will not blame myself
I will blame time for running too fast
And destiny for not being helpful
I will mostly blame you my rabbi
For using the wrong tactics to train me
Don’t relent I will work hard, make my exercise
Energy sapping. I enjoy being strong by toiling
I need must not give up; my hustling will pay.

Of Choice

There is a journey
You know not
The bleak of darkness and brim of light
Life of choice scatters in your eyes
Decisions to take and the ones to overlook
Hope it’s not the best you have overlooked?
Forget the worry
The journey is in two
Death and life alike
Failure and success
Penury and wealth
Ups and downs
You come to the centre and stop
Two roads trail in juxtaposition
And diverts at the set of the sun
Walk through and don’t be blind
Which should you have others follow
After your footprints?

Thosed Concerned

Mind if I Can lend your joy
And Borrow you my pains
You were with me all this while to see
Agony dress the bed for me to sleep
I wondered who invited it
Yet it came with its brethren
To torment me
To remind me of the regrets I have to embrace
Tossed and wavered
My head lacked balance
All I could do is laugh
My laughing you will not understand
Sorrowing in almost everything
Wouldn’t you cry for me?
You were there when it all happened
What exchange do you have for me still?
Do I wait and shrink in this multifaceted hole
Knowing help is no way near coming
Or would you speedily come dress my agony?
