The Seven Wonders of the World

Black curls and hazel eyes
What do you think of when you gaze wise
Broken little girl inside heading cries
What makes a wonder of the world so intrinsic?
The brokenness and pieces that fit exquisite
How can wonders fit in so ardent
Like the Chichan Itza`s pieces are glued so capacious
When I think about our broken places
I think about those who glued in the spaces
Like our mind, is the inside of the Taj Mahal
Screaming out beauty to all
But not all quite understand the story behind the wall
With all the earnestness of Christ Redemeer
We are asked to create a power greater than hear
Say what thou wilt, but head one seer
Stories of our minds length the Great Wall
Dwelling in our minds but leashed with ones call
Take a look back and see your corral
If only our mind could open to potential like Machu Picchu
Then would one be satisfied by you?
Would one stop the search of knowledge anew?
Or would you close and hide like the inside of the Roman Colosseum?
Such beauty divine, take out and summon
Springs comes and winter fades, why haven`t you turned to summer?
If your mind runs like the water used to in Petra, Jordan
Why can`t it feed the garden?
And bring on the warren?
Caterpillars' turn into butterflies, turn into a butterfly darling
The time is now, to unleash your mind accordingly
Take the miracles of words and flow devotedly
For you are more precious than all of the wonders of the world

Sand Doom

She sunk toes into the soft unsettled sand of the blue waves ashore
Moment by moment was all she could grapple
She took one step forward, as the sand bit each nerve with coolness of the ocean
Moment by moment did she staple
She stapled each sentence with purity racing through her mind
Word after word, sentence after sentence
She could not quite describe this sensation in a syllable or east wind
Word after word, the ink flowed through her veins with transcendence
There was no stopping the wave of contemplation
Running straight through her nerves, feeling each tingle
There was no stopping the craze of words and of quotations
Running away from any knowticable broken shingle
The constant need or feel to flow through the tips of her fingers
But once the page begun, how to leave the page undone
The constant flush of acronyms and rhymes through triggers
But once the thought began, how to bleed the page like a machine gun
Ready to aim, ready to fire, the war begins
But what seemed to be just the wind whipping through her hair, was clouds whispering in her ear drum
Saying its never to late to write the stories of woes far begun
Swaying through the sand covered dooms
Cradling the one who used to be you, the one whose still a who?
Swaying through wind shattered air
Cradling the one who is near, but who is that if not a who?
She takes another step forward, and falls
Knees bloody, arms cutting
She dips down her bow, and crawls
Hands scraping, tongue constricting
If not who? Then what?
If not what? Then why?
If not how? Then Try?
Trial and error led her here
On a sand doom far far away from anywhere called home
She found a place to let her mind explode
On a sand doom far far away from anywhere called home
She found a place to hide her sky dome.

Fortress

I kiss your lips with angelic spirits
Swarming through the mud of the past
Soaring though the sands of time, fearless
I am as stubborn as a bull, but free like air
I cover your beating heart with diamonds of my enthusiast
I sing your song with words of astrology, tearless
Am I clever to see the truth behind my hazel eye, so mysterious?
Am I witty to be a fool, a wonderful fool for your clearness?
My soul must be free, my heart must be yours in the stillness
There is no barrier between "I do" and "Till death do us part."
No decision after "Yes" no heartbreak to confess
The path is truly chosen by the truth
For I am a truth seeker in this world of lie speakers
Emotionless, some might say, crazy, I might say
But truth over self reflection reveals truth of core being
I may be wild and reckless
But my dear, all the best people are
My fear is to never stop the search for growth
Like a shriveled black rose, blooming once again
For my Tauris has changed the color of the sky
The music in my step
The beat to my heart
And the air in my lungs
He kisses her lips with his soul
Swerving down a one way road of the future
Swirling through the feels of her touch
He is a raging bull with fire of such passion in his eyes
He covers her heart with diamonds of his love
He sings her song with sounds of astrology, wild and free
Is he so loyal to those hazel eyes, so mysterious?
Is he so entrapped by that beautiful little fool?
His soul is free, her heart is always his in stillness
On one knee with not even one blink of an eye
Looking deep into her soul, letting her in
Into his whole, even where the demons lay
He stands in awe to fight everyday
To save his love from the lightning she strikes
To never let the darkness into their fortress of flames and her soul
To never let the demon take him over blind
To have and to hold
For all the days of our lives
"I do"
"I do"

The Key of Love

Once upon a time
There was a fire lit within a small girl
Her fire started off minute, deep inside
First with never seeing the outside of the world
Second, belts were meant for beating
Third, lips were made for yelling
Fourth, clothes were meant for suffering
Fifth, closets were made for rocking
Her fire was so hidden and so tucked away
Years and years she dug and dug
To find this flame she so had already beloved
As she searched and searched this is what she found
A box of trinkets fell to the ground
As she walked forward to pick up each one
She noticed that the journey had just begun
The first was a knife, to cut the pain
The second was a tattoo gun, that gave her strength
The third was a powder, to dumb the brain
The fourth was lipgloss, to hide the shame
And the fifth was a key, that held her name
She tried keyhole after keyhole to find the same
But as she cried, it came down like rain
Her fire was dying, deep inside her soul
Where there was a keyhole with one made of gold
She went place to place
On this journey from hell
To find the magic one who would break her shell
She traveled by day and searched by night
Hoping to break her site
She cracked it back, snagged it fast
And inhaled the life away as she slipped into grey
All hope was lost and fate was paid
As so she thought
Till one day, she said his name and he said hers
They met by night and crazed away
Every dream, hope, feeling, experience was said
As she fell in love with him moment after days
Sometime had past and things got tricky
But as she looked through the past and the icky
She saw a light, hidden in her soul
As he grabbed the key, she fell short
Short breathed, for could this be?
He reached in her heart
Felt the beat, drum drum
And unlocked her soul
Soon, very soon
She grabbed his key
And unlocked his heart
As she felt it drum she sung a song
Of true love bursting from
Her twin flame had now been won
