Hello My Names Addiction

Hello My names addiction, I ve come to claim your life, Ill take all you love away, your mother, father, son, daughter, or wife.

I give a false sense of security, an your life will become all blurry, Its time to lose it all, so come on we must hurry.

Come on an take that hit, it wont really ruin your life, go on an snort it up, because I mean come on it's "living right".

If you want to meet God an feel him for yourself, let the needle pierce your soul, let the needle pass the skin an scrape at bone.

I'll take away your pain, I'll leave behind the grief, because its not like life matters when the drugs sweep you off your feet.

Now you cant look people you love in the eyes, because you know someday soon they will have to announce that youve died.

You have nothing in your hands, your heart isn't whole, youve slipped an fallen into addictions mighty hold.

Now the time has come, the end has grown near, now you have no one, your surrounded by fear.

Your family will morn you, your body will grow cold, people will only be left with your name on a headstone.

This is addiction, this is what I bring , I'm much like fire, I take an consume everything.
