Alje Lomuntad Poem
Just to give a prologue for this poem. I have an officemate who seems to love making a big fuss out of something so small. She's always in a high-pitched voice whenever her command was not being obeyed properly. She would shame you in front of an audience. But I tell you, she's not a boss, but she always act like one. She loves to bully a person by comparing herself, like she's always the best, like she's the perfect one, and all others are just behind her. I have experienced her bullying actions many times over. I have cried a lot of times. But I always act professionally, because I will never, ever stoop down to her level. For all who have experienced the same, and for all who are doing the same, this one's for all of you. Just remember that Karma is doing his work very well. So here it goes:
RESPECT IS EARNED
They say how you treat others tell your personality
And there will never be respect without humility
Good manners and politeness will define you differently
Because a person's a person, no matter how small they may be.
Speak up nicely when you have smart and valuable ideas
Have a broad mind to embrace our differences and uniqueness
Because a person's feeling could never be a solid rock
That you can throw over and over again, and never gets hurt.
The golden rule always tell it's important lesson
Teaching us to value each and every creatures
Because in the eyes of GOD we are all His treasures
No one is perfect, but we are all valuable to the nation.
Respect is earned, and it will never be given
So treat others the way you want to be treated
You can always say it nicely, politely and humbly
Believe me, blessings will come your way indefinitely!

Alje Lomuntad Poem
I say, to live is the rarest thing in the world
Because most people only exists, and that is all
Sometimes the questions are complicated, the answers are simple
Teaching me hard lessons, each moment I fall.
I make mistakes, at times I'm out of control
Sometimes hard to handle, doing nothing at all
Seems like I'm living in some kind of prison wall
And the crime is hating the life I had to the core.
But then I come to realize, life is much like a song
In the beginning there is mystery, in the middle, full of emotions
In the end there is confirmation, to figure out it goes on and on
And what is amazing is, when I learn to strongly move on.
Life isn't about finding myself, but creating it at my best,
Forget about those mess, and let GOD do the rest
Find the brightest light in every shadow of darkness
When times are tough, I dare to be the toughest.
I only live once, by doing it once, is just enough
Like the zit had become, I'll be at the top
It blotted out in these words to sum up
Everything I've learned in life - it goes on and I'll fight back!

They say beauty is the eye of the beholder
To some, it's best seen just from the outer
Emphasized with pretty clothes that woman wears
Or the figure that she carries, and the way she fix her hair.
I say, beauty is what's underneath the make-up
Not something created by it just to build up
Because having a pure heart is so pretty enough
Being beautiful inside will surely put you at the top.
Outer beauty is only what the eyes can see
And will capture the attention of everybody
But what is invisible to the eye seems like eternity
Just being yourself will define you differently.
Your skin isn't paper, so don't try to cut it
Your face isn't mask, never dare to cover it
Your size isn't a book, for once, don't judge it
You are beautiful as you are, be proud about it.
Show your true beauty, let your eyes shine with compassion
Your lips soften with respect and genuine admiration
Your skin glow with joy, hiding all the imperfections
Beautiful personality is what makes you valuable to the nation!
