im playing an Easter egg hunt
with shards of you
stuck in places
I cannot reach
places I didn't know existed
please don't let me shut my eyes
the ghost of your memory
is all I see

fantasy
pens writing sweet lies
on the paper of our minds-
don't put down the pen
I haven't finished writing
I need to pour my thoughts somewhere
before the ink of my mind dries
