Phoenix Szentesi Poem
The wakeful wind whistles
Winding wearily and watching all
Wafting silently whispering woes
Weightlessly whipping wisplike whacks
Wondrously wild when wrathful weather attacks
Wrecking and walloping worsening in time
Nature wilts whimpering wordlessly worried
The wind whirls and wrestles in wingless flight

Phoenix Szentesi Poem
That is true, love is blind
But not always bad
Sometimes touching and kind
A mother loves her baby
Without having to see
Still has pictures in her head maybe
Of little feet running, shouting with glee
Baby's now born
The mother smiles
She can't see her beautiful baby but her hearts not torn
She holds her close and tightly ready to carry her for miles
She loves from within and not though her eyes
And she feels her heart flutter day by day
Her baby is now three the time flies
Sitting there quietly smiling she hears her sweet baby play
Her sight is forever gone
And she cant see love but can feel it
She didn't have to see her baby for her life to go on
She was already happy to commit
Her life is almost over
She feels her daughter now all grown up by her side
It's now time to pass over
Not being able to hold her hand anymore was the first time she cried
She never had to see her baby to love it
Because love is blind

Phoenix Szentesi Poem
One beautiful night you were standing there
On the other side of the dark pathway
I started to go over do I dare?
I try to think of words to maybe say
The moonlight makes your black hair look frozen
Wait no! What type of shocking line is that?
With the lack of light your eyes look sunken
I should just go and slink off as a cat!
He turned his head finding my nervous gaze
Gave me a smile I could barely see
Making my silly heartbeat start to raise
I returned his smile to show my glee
He said would it be wrong my little white dove
If I said trust me baby this is love

Phoenix Szentesi Poem
Tickle my cheek with your soft fingers
Open my eyes with your silent whispers
Unlock my heart with your sweat kisses
Catch my soul with your gentle spirit
Hold me tight with your strong arms

Phoenix Szentesi Poem
Winter has given its last chilly breath
And the darkened leaves have finished there dance of death
Green saplings burst from the frozen earth below
And the dead trees begin grow
Warmth starts to flood the once icy land
Replacing the frosty winds that all had to withstand
Dew drops slide down the lifeless twigs
Onto the saplings who will soon be big
Animals quickly scatter from there homes
Wanting to start to roam
And the birds start to sing sweet melody's
Pleasing the ears of everybody
winter has passed and spring is now here

Phoenix Szentesi Poem
Happiness will come now and then
Will go away, we don’t know when
See it as a special gift
Whenever your spirits need a lift
As strong as an army of a thousand men
Happiness will come now and then
Lots of joy it will bring
Just like a warm day in the spring
An emotion so deep has lots of power
If you let it in you’ll never cower
Happiness will come now and then
Feeling bad never again
Going through life you will grow
Sometimes feeling sad we all know
But don't go hide away in a den
Happiness will come now and then

Phoenix Szentesi Poem
Dark angel clothed in vivid black
Rises above on shadowed land
Has a hand out ready to hack
Dark angel clothed in vivid black
Sheds no tears and turns its back
Has no regrets and bares no shame
Dark angel clothed in vivid black
Rises above on shadowed land

Phoenix Szentesi Poem
It all started with a blade
To be given for protection
Under the sky that began to fade
Not to go in the wrong direction
To be given for protection
On the day of may
Not to go in the wrong direction
Still decided to go astray
On the day of may
She took what wasn't hers
Still decided to go astray
Drank till everything was a blur
She took what wasn't hers
Under the sky that began to fade
Drank till everything was a blur
It all started with a blade

Phoenix Szentesi Poem
Pandora is so mischievous
Not like the rest of us
Always playing silly tricks
Always ready for a good kick
She sits on the couch when told not to
Escapes her hutch which is true
Tries to steal everyone’s food
Sits on tables which is rude
But even though she is a tricky one
Without her my life wouldn’t be fun
She loves to cuddle and rest on my lap
Wait long enough she’ll start to nap
She gives me bunny kisses by licking my hand
And hops to around my feet whenever I stand
What else can I say?
Other than I love my tricky bunny
