My Funny Valentine

My Valentine, oh how I love thee, from head to toe
The one whom every day I see
My Funny Valentine is simply me
Beautiful vibrant woman, that's definitely me
One who loves herself from land to sea
Romance, chocolates, a single red rose
Delightful I suppose, to some and I assume to most
As for me, my own funny Valentine
A toast to me, for being content within me

My Mother's Name Is Pam

Maybe she's a stranger.
To the rest of the world unknown.
Far from being famous.
Devoured by a world, cruel and dangerous.
Treated as if she were contagious.
She's become a faint memory, a stranger without a face.
Set aside and ostracized.
It's easier to routinely erase her, rather embrace her.
If you'll recall it reads justice for all, it clearly said.
Is this false? Mislead?
Not anyone's problem, not worth solving.
Says who?
She was an angel, they just never knew.
God is her way and her light, this I already know..
My mother's name is Pam.
Not Jane Doe

Mirror,Mirror

Mirror mirror on the wall
Who's this BEAUTIFUL woman standing so tall and proud?
It is I raging against the crowd
I may not be societies standard to beauty
And that's just fine
I LOVE me all my flaws, a beautiful design
YOU see it's become so easy to be quick to judge and and nudge
Pure beauty at its best
I AM FLAWLESS BEAUTY AT ITS BEST
I might be ANYTHING but this to most
To all of my imperfections, I raise a toast
Mirror,mirror on the wall
What is it do I see??
Perfection of imperfections looking back at me

Flawless Finish

She does not dare step down from her chair
She does not dare to take such a chance, a beautiful victim of circumstance
She dreams the day she has the chance to take a stance
Rise up and dance

The X Factor

You used To buy me flowers
You used to call throughout the day
You used to hold me and cuddle
You used To sweep me off my feet
You used to put me first, not next
Battle of the sexes, all you are now is one of me exes
